Everyone’s health story is different, which is why there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to the way I work.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, living with pain or feeling stuck in your health and wellbeing, I offer a range of services that can be tailored to meet your needs.

From physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to health coaching and specialised functional rehabilitation, my focus is on helping you move better, feel stronger and create lasting improvements in how you live and function day to day.

Coaching for your health, wellness and lifestyle provides a holistic approach to help you reset your habits, improve resilience and create meaningful, sustainable changes in how you live and feel.

With over 25 years of experience in physiotherapy, I specialise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, offering expert care for clients with sports and soft tissue injuries, spinal and joint issues, and delivering pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.

Tailored rehabilitation for people recovering from complex and traumatic injuries or polytrauma (multiple injuries), such as road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, or amputation. Sessions can take place in clinic, in the pool, at home or outdoors, depending on what works best for you and enables you to meet your goals.

One-to-one and group hydrotherapy/aquatic physiotherapy sessions are designed to support mobility, manage long-term conditions, and aid recovery through low-impact, water-based movement.

Acupuncture can be used for musculoskeletal pain relief for joint and soft tissue complaints, headaches and migraines and for stress-related conditions.

Tools to support your progress

Alongside these services, I use a range of tools and techniques to guide and support your progress. This includes Firstbeat Life™ technology for Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and VO2 Max monitoring, as well as somatic (body-centred) practices to support nervous system repair and stress resilience.

These tools are part of a personalised approach that helps us better understand what’s going on beneath the surface and gives us the insights we need to tailor my support in a meaningful, effective way.
