Whether recovering from injury, living with pain, managing a long-term condition or just feeling run down and overwhelmed, it's not always easy to know where to start.
You might feel like things aren’t getting any better, or frustrated that nothing seems to make a real difference.
My aim is to help you understand a bit more about what's going on and to work with you to build more lasting improvements in your health, energy and everyday life.
Maybe pain, fatigue or stress is holding you back. Perhaps you’ve recovered physically, but still don’t feel like yourself. Or you’ve simply reached a point where something needs to change, but you’re not sure how to start living well.
What is ‘Living Well’ to you? How do you want to feel?
There are many ways we can work together to help get you back on track.
As a fully qualified physiotherapist, certified coach and health consultant based in Cockermouth, I bring together physiotherapy, rehabilitation and wellbeing support to help you make real, lasting change - not just treat the symptoms.
Sometimes that’s through hands-on treatment or exercise-based rehab. Sometimes it’s exploring how stress (and anxiety), sleep or lifestyle habits are affecting your body and energy levels. And often, it’s a bit of both, because there’s rarely a single solution!
Taking a whole-person approach, I’ll work with you to understand the full picture and create a plan that suits your goals, pace and priorities.
Coaching for your health, wellness and lifestyle provides a holistic approach to help you reset your habits, improve resilience and create meaningful, sustainable changes in how you live and feel.
With over 25 years of experience in physiotherapy, I specialise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, offering expert care for clients with sports and soft tissue injuries, spinal and joint issues, and delivering pre- and post-operative rehabilitation.
One-to-one and group hydrotherapy sessions designed to support mobility, manage long-term conditions, and aid recovery through low-impact, water-based movement.
Tailored rehabilitation for people recovering from complex and traumatic injuries or polytrauma (multiple injuries), such as road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, or amputation. Sessions can take place in clinic, in the pool, at home or outdoors, depending on what works best for you and enables you to meet your goals.
Acupuncture can be used for musculoskeletal pain relief for joint and soft tissue complaints, headaches and migraines and for stress-related conditions.
